BIRTH OF THE GOSPEL

Luke 2

8.  And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.   9.  And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.   10.  And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.   11.  For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.  “THE BIRTH OF THE GOSPEL”

 “Birthing anything is not easy, because it is born with toil.”

Whether it is a mother birthing a child, or an individual birthing a idea those time is not come it is not easy to birth and deliver anything and bring it into reality.

Birthing anything is not easy, because it is born with toil.

I have heard a few women say that carrying a child nine months and when experiencing birth pains was not easy and after that ordeal vowed to never again to have another child.  Mothers that can testify shout amen.

I have asked folk around me from time to time to come up with fresh and meaningful ideas to help move our ministerial forward, but the first thing out of their mouth is “I can’t think of anything or I can’t do it, because it’s too hard ”.

Birthing anything is not easy, because it is born with toil.

It is amazing how many Christian folks can trust in their church functions, but can’t trust in God to function.  They have faith to get to the church on time, but lack the faith that God will work it out on time.  Amen.

Birthing anything is not easy, because it is born with toil.

The first reason for our struggles in birthing anything is found in Genesis 1: 16.  Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; 17.  And unto Adam he said, cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

 18.  Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee

In other words life is hard and not without struggles.  It will take understanding and the shearer force of will power to birth anything new.

John 10:10.  The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Jesus is the Immaculate Conception birthing the “New Gospel.

 It is the Gospel of Jesus Christ Revealed, which I preach to you today.”

Now the second reason why our birthing this “New Gospel of Jesus Christ Revealed” in us is not easy and born with toil is because of the lack of righteous instruction.  The messages we allow to take root in our lives are “subversive” and doom to failure.  They are based on control and fear factor and not freedom and the faith factor.  Our religious instructions have been governed by dogmas, traditions and rituals and not righteousness.  The instruction we whole dearest to our hearts and obey are those of our Pastors and teachers instead of the Master Pastor and teacher THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.

We live today by religious codes that will not unlock the lock of OUR SPIRITUAL LIFE.   Birthing anything is not easy, because it is born with toil.

John 3

 1.  There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:

 2.  The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.   3.  Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.   4.  Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

 5.  Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

 6.  That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.   7.  Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

9.  Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?   10.  Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?   16.  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.   17.  For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

What is this New Gospel Jesus Birth at Birth?  IT’S THE GOOD NEWS

Mark 1: 14.  Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, 15.  And saying, the time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

Jesus brings dynamic and radical “Change” to all that hear Him.

8.  Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.

 9.  Jesus saith unto him, have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?   10.  Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.   11.  Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.

 12.  Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.   13.  And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.   14.  If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.   15.  If ye love me, keep my commandments.   16.  And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever;

 The greatest call to you today from Christ is that you call out and return to God.

The miracle of your “Word”:  Roman 10: 9.  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.   10.  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

 11.  For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

 12.  For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.   13.  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

The measuring stick of your faith:  Luke 10: 25.  And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?

 26.  He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?

 27.  And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.   28.  And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.
